Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after your order is placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Standard Shipping
BodhiLuna currently ships within the United States. Standard shipping is $5.95, with free standard shipping on orders of $100 or more.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information. Estimated transit times are generally 4–6 business days after processing, but delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Free Shipping Promotions
From time to time, BodhiLuna may offer promotional free shipping. Promotional offers are subject to the terms, eligibility requirements, and dates specified for each promotion.

Delivery Delays
Once your package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is subject to the carrier's operations and timelines. Delays caused by carriers, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of BodhiLuna's control may occur.

Lost, Damaged, or Missing Packages
If your order arrives damaged, is lost in transit, or tracking indicates delivery but you have not received your package, please contact us at namaste@bodhiluna.com so we can review the situation and assist you.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please review your shipping address carefully before completing your order. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible at namaste@bodhiluna.com. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has been processed or shipped.
